The full monthly or annual rate will be billed on the 1st of the following month.
Annual billing includes a discounted rate.

Cancelling is simple. Log into your account with the "Current Customer" page and select Move Out and complete the online move-out request
Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the 1st day of the next billing period.
Charges billed on or after the 1st are non-refundable.
All personal property must be removed prior to move-out.
